FAQs
Do I have to take off any clothing? You will remained fully clothed in a reclining position, only removing your shoes and socks. You are welcome to use a blanket if you prefer.
My feet and toenails are ugly. I might have a fungus. Or a wart. Can you still work on me? The short answer is, that depends! Come in with recently washed feet, and we will look over whatever conditions your feet or toenails have. If I need to wear gloves during your session, no problem. If reflexology will exacerbate any skin conditions that you may have (chapped, cracked, athlete’s foot), I will not charge you, and will refer you to a doctor and welcome you back when your skin is ready. All I need is clean, unmoisturized feet. I don’t care if they are pretty or not.
Does it hurt? I practice gentle reflexology, so although you may feel a sensitive area now and then, it should not hurt.
How long does it take? Depending on what service you book, sessions generally last one hour to 90 minutes.
