About Us
A science-based approach to holistic health
If you are like many of my clients, you want relief from pain, tension or stress and you haven’t found it in traditional channels. You may be feeling depleted or struggle with constant brain fog. You don’t want to take pharmaceuticals endlessly or live with chronic pain, and you know the body is interconnected.
Whole-body health and wellness take a multi-level approach. This is the beauty of reflexology.

How does it work?
Pressure points on your feet and hands provide a gateway to treat both physical and emotional conditions.
While no therapy is a cure-all, I have helped clients experience significant relief from a variety of chronic physical and mental health conditions. If nothing else, it brings a deep relaxation that helps refresh you and give you hope moving forward.
Here are a few things reflexology can help with
Grief • Stress • Anxiety • Joint pain • Migraines • Neuropathy • Constipation • Cancer and chemo • Esophageal conditions • Circulation • Depression • Digestive Issues • Focus and concentration • Post-surgery recovery • Respiratory health • Elevated mood • Emotional balance • Hormonal balance • Detoxification

This is a safe place.
You are free to share with me what is going on in your life to the level you're comfortable. This helps me work with more intention and direct energy, focus and prayers to certain areas while I work.
We will work together to sift through and unwind all the different layers of accumulated stress, tension, trauma, and physical ailments to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system and find true emotional and physical healing.
A note about my faith …
As a Christian, my faith informs my approach, but I always prioritize respecting my patients' beliefs and preferences. You can expect a balanced treatment that emphasizes the evidence-based aspects of reflexology, and take comfort in the silent prayers offered up for your health and wellness.
More about Katie
I was born and raised in North Idaho, but embarked on a nearly two-decade journey of wanderlust before finding my way back to the serene mountains and lakes of my childhood.
Here, I have put down roots and am raising my children with the same connection to the outdoors and nature that that family instilled in me. After experiencing profound personal loss myself, I discovered the power of reflexology as a way to navigate the intricate web of physical and emotional grief. It was key in helping me take steps toward healing and renewal.
Reflexology was such a transformative experience personally, it ignited a passion in me to help share its healing potential with others.
I earned a 200+ hour certification in hand and foot reflexology from the esteemed International Institute of Reflexology in 2019. I am dedicated to this practice, with over five years of experience and a commitment to ongoing education. It’s important for me to remain at the forefront of the newest knowledge and training in this field.
